Cumbersome Dough
Stay upright, stay straight and pull yourself together. Hold it tight, hold it close and hold it together in your arms while it's rising. Tremble as it clings to you, sticking to your arms and to your clothes, weighing you down towards the floor. It is a cumbersome dough in a slow durational performance where people passes by like time as the fermentation process proceeds, decomposing a barley maintained facade of strength.
